| Series 300 Cabled probe, optical inspection | Series 600 Cabled probe, off-line and post-probe inking | Plunger Stop Assembly Data Sheet The 5 mil DM-1 cartridge requires a very short plunger stroke in order to minimize the amount of ink flow to the filament tip and ensure consistent, problem free performance. In order to shorten the plunger stroke when using the 5 mil DM-1 application, the cartridge holder must be retrofitted with a Plunger Stop Assembly. This assembly is available for all H series cartridge holders. After the cartridge holder is retrofitted with the plunger stop assembly, it can still be used with any DM-1 cartridge size as long as the plunger stop is backed off completely to allow full plunger travel. |
