DieMarker™, inker model X901, is designed for applications requiring hand placing of ink dots. DieMarker™ is ideal for optical inspection, edge die, and packaged devices.

Unlike ink pens or fishline inkers, DieMarker™ provides a non-invasive approach to marking. Ink is pneumatically propelled to the cartridge tip, creating a “drop” which is deposited without direct contact to the wafer surface. Each deposit creates a consistent, round dot every time.
