As part of Xandex's "First Class Customer Service Policy," it is important that our customers' needs are met and that service is provided without interruption. Xandex appreciates your support of our products through your regional distributor, and we continue to work closely with them to avoid any interruption in the supply of DieMark products to you. Since February of 2002, Xandex has successfully provided products, services and support directly to our customers in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. We anticipate equal success in expanding direct sales of DieMark products throughout Europe.
