Online Ordering through the Xandex website is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. As of November 1, the Xandex Online Ordering website will be available in English, French, German and Italian. Online orders are processed the same business day they are received at Xandex. Xandex has already established online accounts for known European DieMark customers with automatic net 30 terms To begin ordering online all that is required is for you to request a username and password.

Maintenance of Existing Orders We are currently maintaining all existing orders that you may have in place with regional distributor. Blanket orders placed through your regional distributor prior to August 26 with a delivery date of November 1, 2003 or later will be honored. If you have a question or need information on ANY outstanding order, please contact Xandex.

Standard Lead Times when ordering from Xandex. Standard lead time for all ink cartridges is 2 weeks (not including shipping and customs clearance) Lead time for standard inker hardware is 4 weeks (not including shipping and customs clearance). Non-standard products may require longer lead times. We encourage customers to place 6-month blanket orders with scheduled ship dates to take advantage of the lowest cartridge pricing.

Establishing an account, placing an order and making payments Xandex has already established accounts with automatic net 30 terms for all customers that have been identified to us by a regional distributor. Payment is accepted in US dollars via wire transfer or credit card (AMEX, Visa or MasterCard ) ONLY. To verify that an account has been established for you, to review account information, or open a new account please contact Rhonda Barger, International Customer Representative at the contact information listed below. Purchase Orders are accepted through our website (you must request a password to access the Xandex Online Ordering Website), through email, telephone or fax. Please make sure your order includes shipment/carrier instructions. All orders are EX WORKS (Xandex) and do not include customs, freight or insurance fees. You have the option of prepaying and adding freight to your invoice, or you may provide us with a collect account number for the carrier of your choice. Orders are processed the same business day they are received at Xandex. Order confirmations are sent via FAX or email on the same business day the order is processed.
